Prices of the products can vary on the website with those at the shop. Sometimes we give promotional prices which are exclusively meant for the purchase through the website.

What are your delivery times?
All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to all stock being available. We use popular and efficient Hong Kong courier companies, or even our own delivery staff, for all our deliveries so you can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 business days depending on your location in Hong Kong. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How much do you charge for delivery?
If your order totals more than HK$500, we offer free delivery in Hong Kong. For orders below HK$500, we charge a flat rate charge of HK$50 Hong Kong-wide. Additional charges may be applicable for certain addresses in Hong Kong. Please note all orders, local or international, only get shipped once adequate shipping charges have been received from the customers.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can (please bring along your printed receipt). Our showroom is located at Unit B, 17/F, Casey Aberdeen House, 38 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. Please select the pickup option at the time of checkout and call us beforehand on +852 2116 3229 or +852 2116 8210 to ensure we are there for you.
Is OMWorld a Hong Kong Company?
Yes, it is. While most of our products are imported from the U.S.A., OMWorld is 100% Hong Kong-owned.
How can I add items to an order I have already placed?
We can only add items if your order has not already been shipped. We won't be able to edit your first order receipt/invoice but we can generate a new one. Please email us or call us and we will take care of it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
For online orders, it may not be possible since they need to carefully wrapped in cardboard cartons to withstand damage during transit.
What if I need to send items to multiple locations?
You will need to place individual orders for each location. This will allow you to enter the delivery details of each person correctly.
